Variant-level accuracy
Shoppers subscribe to the exact size and colour they want, not the product as a whole. When the medium in sage comes back, only the people waiting for the medium in sage hear about it.
Dibs notifies waiting shoppers the moment their exact variant is back — verified against live inventory at send time, correct across every location, from a sender they recognise. You see what was delivered, and a Demand Leaderboard tells you what to reorder next.

The category's #1 complaint is alerts that fire wrong, or not at all. Dibs is engineered around getting every send right — and never charging you per notification for the privilege.
Shoppers subscribe to the exact size and colour they want, not the product as a whole. When the medium in sage comes back, only the people waiting for the medium in sage hear about it.
Stock is aggregated across all your active locations — the same availability your product page shows. A restock at any warehouse triggers correctly; a transfer between two never fires a false alert.
Every alert is verified against live Shopify inventory at send time, not just when the restock event fired. If the item sold out again in the meantime, nothing goes out. No “back in stock” emails for sold-out products.
Alerts are released in stock-sized waves based on your measured sell-through, so a 10-unit restock never sends 100 shoppers to a sold-out page. On by default on Pro and Max.
Every plan gets the Demand Leaderboard — out-of-stock variants ranked by waiting shoppers — plus per-restock delivery confirmation. Max adds in-depth analytics: per-product click rates, estimated units sold measured from inventory movement, sell-through, and recovered revenue.
No per-alert quotas, no metered tiers — every plan sends unlimited email at a flat monthly price, with unlimited subscribers. Max adds SMS alerts for South African stores at a flat $0.03 per message. A viral restock should be a win, not a surprise bill.
From install to your first captured subscriber in under five minutes. No code, no theme edits — the widget is a native theme app block.
Drop the “Notify me” app block next to Add to Cart in your theme editor. It only appears when the selected variant is sold out.
A shopper lands on a sold-out variant, enters their email, and joins the waitlist for exactly that variant. Optional double opt-in if you want confirmed consent.
When inventory comes back, we re-check live stock across all locations, then send from a sender your shoppers recognise — and show you exactly what was delivered.
Competitors meter every email — a $5 rival plan buys 500 emails. Every Dibs plan is unlimited: unlimited email, unlimited subscribers. 14-day free trial, cancel any time. Billed through Shopify.

“Unlimited” carries a fair-use clause: sustained abnormal volume (think 100k+ emails a month) triggers a conversation, not a surprise invoice. See the terms for details.
